There are limits to "freedom of speech." I can't accuse you of committing a crime that you didn't commit. There are other examples.

Omar has the freedom to lie (potentially) and Vance has the freedom to investigate the veracity of Omar's public statements.

So we need to allow Vance or whomever to fully verify Omar's claim. In any event, the greater investigation should be into her possible involvement with the massive fraud that took place in Minnesota. That's completely egregious, plain and simple.

That goes for fraud in Minnesota & California and it also goes for the sexual predators on Epstein's list. I can imagine if we start prosecuting politicians for fraud we won't have anyone left in government as all would end up in jail. We'll need a much bigger prison system. And we must admit that corruption is not just limited to the dumocraps, the GOP is dirty as hell too. Then if we dig into each potential politician's past to the level the dumocraps did with Trump we would never find a clean politician to replace them. Next time the dumocraps start screaming about overturning Citizen's United, and getting Big Money out of politics we should help them. When becoming a politician is seen as a noble sacrifice and not a lucrative career, then maybe we won't have thoroughly corrupt politicians.
