Well ... to be fair ... I'm no longer a fan of Donald Trump -- AT ALL. However, when I was still one of his strong supporters I witnesses the Biden Cartel using lawfare against him as a matter of routine. It was front page news for years. So you can't get your hackles up when the tables are turned. If Omar is guilty of actual crimes then she needs to be prosecuted. If I were to guess, I'd say that her hands are all over this fraud but we don't know until actual facts are revealed and that takes a deep dive investigation.

Vice Presidents aren't really all that busy so we may as well use Vance to do the investigating. Let him earn his paycheck.

She should never have been permitted to "serve" in the US Government to begin with. I think ALL U.S. politicians should be natural born Americans. And no member of Congress should be permitted to have "dual citizenship" since we're on the topic. America First. America Only. Allegiance to the Constitution plus nothing.

But allegiance to the constitution means supporting the constitution and the constitution does NOT LIMIT representatives to being natural born citizens. The constitution limits only presidents and vice presidents to being natural born citizens....

We'd need a constitutional amendment to change that.....

JD Vance can't confirm she committed immigration fraud....he has no power or constitutional means for this....a Doj charge and Doj conviction is the only constitutional means to prove that....everyone is INNOCENT, until proven guilty in a court of law and presidents and vice presidents should NOT put their finger on the scale of justice.... EVER! They should keep their mouths SHUT!

He should be impeached for making such accusation as a Vice President....hope she sues the heck out of him....some day.

I'm all for the max sentence, but I think she should serve her time in some dirty American prison with the worst inmates possible. This will serve as an example to all the other congress critters that are in DC. Ilhan Omar might be one of the worst, but she is not the only one. I can't wait until all the corruption in CA with Gavin Newson starts getting exposed. My guess is much of NY is also running on corruption money and with Mamdani in NYC I am sure the already massive corruption will spike drastically.

Then we need to amend the Constitution. We can no longer allow foreigners to enter the USA then push and agenda that supports their homeland. That's counterintuitive to what's best for the USA.

So perhaps Vance, after finding proof of fraud, can push for such an amendment if he happens to win in 2028. The fact that Omar has been permitted to push her anti-American ideology for so long indicates, to me, that America is too far gone to be saved.

Why would her family not just have this alleged brother apply for citizenship as a sibling with them being his direct sponsors, which is the typical legal route for family?

Her alleged brother is 3 years younger than Ilhan....according to their marriage licence....so He CAN'T BE her brother.
