Verdict reached in Karmelo murder trial

My sources are saying that the video showed that Metcafe and his thugs started the fight.

But that's not the narrative of this story.

The whole thing stinks to high heavens.
That would be Austin you're smelling.

I'm not normally this crude but I had to jump on that to make the point that Austin is the one who's dead and he didn't even have a weapon. A promising young man lost his life because he pushed somebody. PUSHED. But all you and others can think to do is b**ch about a black man's boundaries and contrive conspiracy theories about the justice system. Jesus Hamish Hornbuttle Christ.

So you'll forgive us if we don't give a loose shit in a high wind about your vapid talk of boundaries and racist conspiracy theories. It's all rather nauseating, especially the way the crowd acted after the trial, harassing the family and taunting them by saying they were glad Austin is dead. At that point, I lost what little shred of sympathy I had left for those supporting Karmelo.

I agree. Good advice.

But if you DO kill someone, it's better to be white because the system will treat you a lot more leniently.

Except all the circumstances were much worse in Allsion's case.

But WHITE PRIVILEGE
Your blatant and stupid racism is really sick and exhausting.
Pathetic.

He's a stupid white guy ....he plays a role here. He spews leftist talking points, he also plagiarizes without posting links. He's a big fan of China and doesn't care for Jews

Just what we need: more antisemitic Communists.
:icon_rolleyes:

Well, that was all documented on video, usually by the rioters themselves.
Five years of gaslighting didn't make those people look any more sane.

How is QAnon Shaman doing these days?
I see Ashli Babbit has managed to keep out of trouble.
You are a sick jackass.

Well, easy to make a case when you have white privilege, isn't it?

Um, no. Only meaningful difference.
Caysen was white
Anthony was black.

I'm just amazed that you guys try to pretend that racism isn't alive in well in this country. Oh, it had to be different counties! that's it!

How long can you keep this up Joe, hasn't your mom called you in for supper yet?

You are free to post one if you can find it.

But in these two cases.

White boy stabs a hispanic boy multiple times after telling all his friends he was going to "put him in the hospital" - Ten years.

Black boy stabs a white boy once after the white boy and his brother started pushing him around - 35 years.

Equal Justice Under the Law.

This isn't equal justice.

White boy is cornered in a bathroom, victim proposes they fight now, white boy refuses is then subsequently attacked. White boy then pulls a knife and kills the victim. Self defense and Stand your ground laws are now automatically in effect under Texas state law. This is why he was not found guilty for murder or manslaughter.

Black Boy enters a tent he's not suppposed to be in, refuses to leave when asked 14 times to do so, challenges anyone to touch him, victim then pushes black boy to get him out of the tent and black boy then pulls a knife and kills the victim. Neither self defense, nor stand your ground laws can be invoked here because there was never a real threat from the victim. Suspect was also not cornered in a room. These are two very different cases under the law.

They didn't have to convince the jury; their mind was already made up. He never had to go into the bathroom, so that argument is weak. Either way the outcome would have been the same.

The jury followed the law, whether you like it or not. This was Texas, stand your ground laws are a thing. Same thing happened in the David Chow case, the jury had to follow the law there as well. You don't have to like it, but it is what is until the law is changed.

You can prove that Allison didn't need to use the bathroom? Why couldn't the prosecution do that?

No it didn't. It started because they didn't want someone from another team in their team's tent.

You've been lying and making wild, unsubstantiated allegations throughout this entire discussion that you can't back up.
And the reason the murderer went into the tent in the first place, knowing he had a lethal weapon hidden in his back pocket, was to provoke a white boy into…..into…..telling him to leave….and then he could kill him.
