I have started getting 'alerts' and I click on them but it just brings up threads. What is this for?

I guess I'll have to read what it means on the boards. More work! lol I don't know if its something new or just something I haven't seen before.

it could be too if you looked at a thread, then you are "watching" it. You can also send a PM in your Inbox to one of the Moderators here....since I can't really "see" what you are talking about, I have no clue

No its a new red 'alert' icon I am seeing. I generally don't want to do more than type and post. I haven't read how to use most of the controls users have here. Thank you for the help though.
