There is no government, no legislative process, in the mythical state of Palestine, and Johnson is signaling that the US sees Gaza, Judea and Samaria as a part of Israel. To press that point home, Johnson has pledged to end the use of the term, West Bank, by the federal government and use the terms, Judea and Samaria instead.
