And, you are unable to factually refute me.
You are PWNED, Forum Dunce.
Resolution 181 changed nothing.
The Ottoman Empire ruled the people. The people owned the land.
The Palestine Mandate flopped. That is why there was another attempt with resolution 181. That flopped too.
Palestine is owned by its native inhabitants. Some Muslims, some Christians, some Jews.
Wrong, again, peabrain. Palestine was owned by the Ottoman Sultanate. The Pallies were tenant farmers who leased the land, known as "miri", from the state. Ultimately, the land reverted back to the state.
Small parcels of "mulk" land were owned by wealthy Arabs who lived outside of Palestine, in Lebanon, Egypt and Syria, which was sold to immigrating Jews.
The Palestine Mandate remains intact under Article 80 of the UN Charter.
Thus, once, again, you're proven to be the Forum Dunce.
Taken out of context.
