Every war we have fought in the past 70 years has been against USSR/Russian weapons, and Russia has had no qualms whatsoever about arming the enemies of the US.

We can give Ukraine whatever the hell we want, and if they use it to hit inside Russia that's just fine. If US pilots fly "Ukrainian" F-16's that would be fine too.

We will not transfer a missile with a range greater than 300km. That's the MCTR (an actual agreement) limit, and we adhere to that. Anything under 300 km is not restricted.

Russians are firing missiles at Ukrainian cities every day, usually from well inside Russian territory. Russia attacked Ukraine, and Ukraine is completely justified to attack any militarily significant target inside Russia.

Russians should hear "boom" every night, for as long as there are Russian troops inside Ukraine.

Except it has always been the US who was the aggressor and in the wrong.
For example, in Korea we illegally tried to install Syngman Rhee, a US citizen who had been kicked out of Korea a decade earlier, for bank fraud.

In Vietnam we illegally backed the dictator Diem, who prevented any more elections in Vietnam.

The US has no "enemies" except the evil plotters in the Pentagon and Washington.

Russia did NOT "attack" the Ukraine.
Russia punished the Ukraine for murdering ethic Russians, stealing oil, and violating treaties that say the Ukraine was never to join an alliance hostile to Russia.

Honestly, you should do just a minimum bit of research on the history of EMP testing before making such stupid comments.

The reality is that it takes a very specific warhead design, and a very precise detonation in both location and altitude, with multiple near-simultaneous detonations, to cover even the US East Coast with an EMP attack.

As far as Korea, that war was authorized by UNSC Resolution 84.
