All I can say is that if it isn't GPS, then it maps the location by internal cameras and computing by recognized landmarks, so cannot be immune to electronic counter-measures.

Iran unveiled a new solid-fueled ballistic missile and claims it has stationed similar systems nationwide, according to state-run TV, which cited military officials promising the ability to strike U.S. bases and interests “wherever they are” if war breaks out.
On Sunday, Iranian state media broadcast images of the new “Qassem Basir” missile during a televised appearance by Defense Minister Gen. Aziz Nasirzadeh, amid rising tensions with Washington over Tehran’s growing missile capabilities and nuclear enrichment program.

The missile reportedly boasts a 745-mile range, precision strike capacity without GPS, and improved defense-evading agility. According to Nasirzadeh, the system was last tested on April 17 and is capable of identifying and hitting designated targets without satellite guidance.

Commentary:
For some unknown reason the U.S. has kept from making Iran a big parking lot for decades.
Now they are threatening the U.S. once again. You have to wonder whether its saber rattling or death wish?
What choice do Iran Ayatollahs have? A pre-emptive strike and anger ALL of the Middle East, or stand down?
Iranian missile technology is primarily provided by China and Russia. Those two countries (primarily PRC) use the Iranians and Houthis as RDT&E (research, development, testing, evaluation) bases of operations. So, they might do some damage.
Because our media has been proven distrustful and biased we can no longer depend on their truthfulness.
We don't know what Trump and Israel knows. In the past, since Israel is the main target of rabid Persian Muslims, they have taken care of making sure Iran failed at developing nukes. I don't believe they have changed that and I believe they know exactly what is going on. So does Trump and neither is going to blab or be lose lips and sink us.
China is floundering like a fish out of water. Their people are rising up against them and demanding back pay due to Trump's tariffs. China is losing face and ground with the free world. I don't doubt they might be helpful to Iran. All we can do is watch and have faith in our Commander in Chief. That is the truth, we can only speculate.

So Iran is bragging about creating a solid fuel V-2 with five times the range. It’s a fire and forget weapon that can’t range much outside the Middle East and can’t reach any US targets. They also claim it can evade counter missiles. How can it do that without emitting radar signals that US missiles can use to home in on it and destroy it. This is bad propaganda,
