US Hospitals Received Up to $306,000 for Each New COVID Case; German Anti-Lockdown MD Arrested
The things you wouldn’t know unless you read publications like Becker’s Hospital Review, US hospitals received as much as $306,000 per declared COVID case in the first round of the CARES Act funds disbursements as of April 10th.
Michigan Public Radio reports an average of $160,000 per declared case, as it complains MI go the short end of the windfalls.
“While the national average in federal assistance per patient was $160,286, Michigan’s allotment was just $31,045 per patient.” (Report: Michigan hospitals shorted $130K per COVID-19 patient in federal aid)”So we know the rules for counting deaths as COVID are flexible, with no less than Dr. Deborah Birx of the US Coronavirus Task Force saying : “If someone dies with COVID-19 we are counting that as a COVID-19 death.” We know 94% of the supposed 200-plus thousand COVID deaths had one, two, or three other serious comorbidities (like a heart attack) but they were all still marked down for COVID as the primary cause of death.
This is on top of the 20% Medicare add-on for any new COVID hospitalization.
No wonder flus, heart disease, and cancers are so far down.
Is it any wonder that people suspect that true COVID deaths are really a third, a quarter or some other fraction of what the CDC says?
German Doctor and Leader of 1,000 Lockdown Dissident Doctors Arrested While Speaking
Dr. Heiko Schoning MD was arrested in London while speaking at an anti-lockdown rally, at the famous Speaker’s Corner in Trafalgar Square after his microphone had been cut off during his speech on the main stage. Speaker’s Corner is a famous free speech bastion. Dr. Schoning was rushed by police, arrested, and put into a van and carted away to jail until released soon after.
Dr. Schoning said that among the itemS confiscated from him while in custody was the book “Corona, False Alarm?: Facts and Figures” by Karina Reiss Ph.D. and Sucharit Bhakti MD. The book is a runaway bestseller in Germany and has just been translated into English from German. (1,000 German Doctors and Scientists against lockdowns website and statement.)
This should give the book the attention it deserves, as it is recommended by the anti-lockdown physicians. If you don’t like what happened to Dr. Schoning, buy the book.
