It must be noted - the Rosenbergs were convicted of espionage.
 
Yeah. It's the only crime defined in the Constitution. A lot of people like to throw the word around, but you can't have it unless we're in a declared war, which we aren't.
 
One might also ponder a tenable definition for the expression, "overthrow the government."

But if that were done, the January 6th committee would lose its raison d'etre.

It'll be dead in a few weeks anyway.
