This kid was going 105 mph in 45 zone
. His family just hired the best attorney in the country

Is this drunk rich brat going to walk ??

He is going to spend millions on his case and he killed 4 Pepperdine students

If his lawyer is the guy who represented Weinstein, little Richie Rich is about to get fucked in more ways than one.

:laughing0301:

"Your honor, those girls had no business being at that location at that time."

Sad story. I think the dude is going to be furthering his education in the can. He's gonna lose a lot of that money too. But those girls, their families and friends lost a lot more.

Won’t they sue the father for tens of millions??

Is he legally responsible for his 18 year old son

Sounds like a slam dunk for the prosecution. No point in being negative just because the family is rich.

All the son had to do was call Uber !!

Literally pick him up in 10 minutes and his super nice BMW would be safe on the street

No his car would've been stolen, stripped, joyride vandalized or towed for $500/day impound fees perhaps.

Anything less than life in prison is a failure of justice.

Board Stain are OK with ten Anericans per day slaughtered by illegals because they might be killed by rich Demoncrat communist anyways?

These are far from the first or only csse.

They will try to frame it as a "tragic accident", question the speed measurement, and from the article, claim road rage was involved, that maybe he was trying to escape someone chasing him.

Also nothing in the article says he was drunk, it just says driving recklessly.

Yes lol , the defense attorney will say he was being chased by a road rage guy and lost control . The juries will be hand picked too

He may get a few years

The thing is doing 60 mph in a 45 to get away might be believable, but not 104 mph.

You gotta work to get ANY car to go that fast.
