"Unity"

There's another current thread that uses the term "unity" but under a different context. So rather than derail that one, let's try one that is specific to the term itself.

In that thread and pretty much all threads here, the term "unity" is scoffed at and mocked. No surprise. Personally, given this country's present condition, I thought it was dumb when Biden tried to use it when he was first elected. We're just not close enough to it to even discuss it right now.

Anyway, here's what I'm wondering: Since so many here are pretty much on the other side of the fence from unity, what would "disunity" look like to you? My guess is that you want to "beat" the other side and impose your will on them (with specific laws and legislation, I guess) going forward. Is that correct?

So can anyone here go into detail on what "anti-unity" would look like, in practice, on a day-to-day basis? Think out of the box and lay it out. What is the goal here?

Anti Unity:
  • Deplatforming the President from social media
  • Coordinating the Invasion by at least 10MM Illegal Aliens, including child traffickers, drug smugglers, Jihadists and known terrorists
  • Using the FBI as Secret Police in service of a political Party
  • Coordinating with State and local district attorneys to attempt to imprison your political opponent
  • Many other examples

I'll take a stab, what you call disunity from Republicans, is a wall put up to stop the evil promotion of Democrat policies, period. You want unity the left needs to move back towards center and away from the fringe that runs the party!

I wonder why no one wants to just answer the question.

Well, I can guess why not, but I'd rather wait.
IM2 already did. It looks like American history but its really the history of man kind. All your threads come down to crying that people have desires that are occasionally if not often at odds with one another. No one here is particularly shy on saying how they would like to impose their will on others they're just over you crying about it.

Disunity looks like all 248 years of U.S. history. There are issues that must be faced and reconciled, until that happens, there will be no unity.
There’s always Liberia

The question this thread poses requires independent, original thought and the ability to organize thoughts in a coherent manner. MAGA media doesn't cover this, so there's nothing to reference for help. That was done on purpose. But so far, we've just seen mostly the standard deflection, off-topic talking points and personal insults.

This is the concerning part of this whole ugly period. While I agree, to at least some degree, on many issues, this "movement" is based on emotion, not logic & reason. If that's the way it's implemented going forward, it will be unstable and temporary -- unless we devolve into a pure authoritarian autocracy in the next four years. Many seem to want that.

Here. Ill say it in crayon for you.

FUCK THE LEFT.

easy peasy.....Your Welcome

Their entire platform is BASED on victimhood and division.

Trump has already expressed more interest in unity than Biden did his whole four years.

We are the Garbage.

And do not forget when an audience fan said Jesus Was King, Kamala told him he was at THE WRONG RALLY and go down the street.

Apparently a whole LOT of people heeded her advice.
Trump caled people vermin. STFU.

It would look like democracy, right?

Mac asked what disunity looks like. I don't know what hes looking for but like I said, the 248 years of American history is that example.
