I'm not a union member so I can vote for who I want to, don't have dues to pay, manage my own contract and can work if I want to without getting harassed.

I'm a SAHM. It's definitely not union and well... I've had to clean up their shit. I've been peed on, bleed on, puked on and well... I wouldn't trade it for the world.

My husband worked for the Post Office as a Mail Handler. It was union. It was also the worst job he's ever had. He saw another employee stab their supervisor and returned to work in a better job with in 2 weeks due to the union power. He wasn't even charged for it because the union 'handled' it all.

He's non union now and wouldn't have it any other way.
