Nuclear proliferation poses an immense security threat to the United States Foreign interests. Nuclear weapons are being stolen by terrorists and are being used inhumanely, such as the Iraq Program. The United States is justified to use unilateral military action to protect American Interests.

I'll check AP, but I don't think any mushroom clouds have been reported today. If "terrorists had stolen a nuclear weapon" it'd be on the news.
