I have read this thing three times, start to finish, and I still have no idea what illegals have to do with them communicating using an app on this project. I have read all the comments, and I still don't see what the true problem is. Can someone help a geezer out with this one? Usually where there's smoke, there's fire but I am not seeing anything warm and fuzzy in this thread. Maybe I am having a stroke and don't realize it.

Did you miss this part? Schools and Colleges have been required to has the recorded status of the student/pupil before admission. In elementary schools up until recently it was required that the pupil have the DPT, Measles, shot before beginning school.
I know that factually for NYC B.O.E. requirements.
When I say recently that was Pre-Covid-19.

They are carrying on what should be official business on a readily available information source quite purposely on an encrypted texting app..signal. Signal also supports private voice calls. This is illegal activity for a federally funded project done with Biden Admin blessing.
They find this quite amusing apparently.
They are doing this specifically to hide the fact that they are skirting the federal requirement to establish the citizenship status of a given client.
More to the point they are deliberately ignoring natural citizens and reaching out to illegal and undocumented individuals preferentially with an almost tongue in cheek smirk on how they are actually misappropriating the funds. To do this without being examined they use an encrypted app.. what they may fail to realize is that upon request from the government the app and very quickly become unencrypted. They may also not realize that the company will operates signal is bound by law to keep all of their communications on record and the events they may need to be called up and examined.
Not quite as smart as they think they are.

I don't know what's going on here, but our district WILL LET ICE into the buildings if necessary. NOT to arrest elementary school children (who wants that?) but to interview them in case there are shady dealings going on (read: trafficking).
