My sympathies lie more with the two decent police officers - each only in his 20’s - killed this week during an ambush by a lowlife thug than for a burglar committing a felony.

Exactly like it, except there was no theft, there was no "no knock" raid in the middle of the night, the thief wasn't in bed asleep, and wasn't with a boyfriend shooting at the police. Other than those little details, exactly the same.
