In order to beg for money and weapons from the West, it is vital for Ukrainian authorities that the Ukrainian crisis is constantly among the main topics in the Western media.

However, since the first decade of October the main attention of the world community has been drawn to the situation in the Middle East; see above the screenshot of the main page of the news section of the BBC as of October 09, 2023.
All top eleven news headlines focused on the situation in Israel and the Gaza Strip.

Therefore, I assume that the Ukrainian authorities are now frantically inventing newsworthy events in order to shift the focus of the Western public’s attention to Ukraine.

Such an event can hardly be another Zelensky’s nonsense like his usual statements such as the fairy tale about “the deportation of hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian children to Russia,” see the thread The UN has not confirmed ‘deportation’ of thousands of Ukrainian children to Russia.

The Ukrainian authorities will now need something more spectacular, something like blowing up the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Station dam or a mass death of civilians.

I assume that in the near future we can most likely expect an allegedly "Russian" missile attack on some childcare facility or a large shopping center. Moreover, this attack will not be carried out at night, but at a time when the maximum number of people will be there.

And there will be no credible explanation as to why the Russian army might need such an attack. Just as there were no such explanations in the situation with the alleged mass killings of civilians in the city of Bucha.

Well, for Ukrainian authorities to do 'another Bucha' one should confirm first the first one was staged.

In Chaplinka, Kherson region, nine people were killed after the AFU struck a social fund building, the head of the region, Vladimir Saldo, said.
"Already now nine people have been extracted from under the rubble of the dead, nine people very heavy and wounded, now they are being taken to medical facilities," Saldo said on air on the Rossiya 24 TV channel (quoted by TASS).
He added that the removal of the rubble is currently ongoing.

See the quote above.

The only thing, that the author of the article cited in the first message of the topic was wrong about, was the date of the strike.

And the rest is correct.

1. Missile attack on a children's hospital in Kyiv.
2. For some reason, during the day, and not at night as usual. The BBC called this
a rare daytime strike
3. Death of dozens of people

Kyiv's mayor Klitschko has already come out with a statement that this is “genocide.”

And this strike on the children’s hospital in Kyiv was exactly one day before the NATO summit in Washington.
