Germany and Russia Should be Allies. Ditch that HATO trash & Live Free.1) Yes, we should listen to what they have to say.
2) UK backs Nord Stream 2 and does not need long-term gas storage: minister
"The UK does not support Russia's Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline project to Germany and does not need its own long-term storage facility, UK Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy Kwasi Kwarteng told a parliamentary committee Sept. 22."
One moment, please...

"The saga of US actions against the Nord Stream 2 pipeline project reads like a John le Carré novel. In spite of the desire of Germany and other European allies to have it built and even though it is nearly completed, the US persists in thwarting the project. Canada is also against it. Why?"
So, no we weren't the only one.
3) I would rather them buy from us, or Canada...of course...but the reality is it undermines NATO, it undermines the security of Europe and once again put them under Moscow's circle of power.
4) agreed....but we are the pocket book of the world. If Germany wants to do this, we should remove them from NATO, take up are bases there, and stop sending them any aid.
They can be Moscow's bitch again...those on the East likely still remember how great that worked out for them last time
HATO.....perfect name.Germany and Russia Should be Allies. Ditch that HATO trash & Live Free.
Trump told NATO, etc that long ago = Mr Trump was right, againBiden has caved to Putin several times since he was sworn in.
BTW I thought Germany was so advanced in windmills and solar, why do they need this NG? Aren't they the envy of the American's who think wind and soar can run a grid?
Ukraine's president accused the Biden administration of handing a "weapon" to the Kremlin by allowing the completion of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline, which Russian president Vladimir Putin hopes to use to build influence in Europe."This is a weapon, a real weapon … in the hands of the Russian Federation," Volodymyr Zelensky said in an interview with Axios that aired Sunday. "It is not very understandable … that the bullets to this weapon can possibly be provided by such a great country as the United States."Zelensky told Axios that he learned through press reports last month that Biden had decided to waive sanctions against European companies helping build the pipeline. He said that Biden had previously given him indications that he would not allow the completion of the pipeline, which will transport gas directly from Russia to Germany.U.S. and Ukrainian officials are concerned that Nord Stream 2, which is owned by Russian gas giant Gazprom, will give Putin more leverage over Ukraine and other Eastern European countries that the pipeline bypasses. Biden's decision conflicts with his past claims to adamantly support Ukraine and oppose Putin. As vice president, Biden served as the Obama administration's chief liaison to Ukraine following the ouster of Viktor Yanukovych, its pro-Russia leader.Zelensky said that the United States is the only nation that can stop the completion of the 764-mile pipeline. While the Biden administration has called the pipeline a "Kremlin geopolitical project," it opposes sanctions out of concerns about harming the U.S.-German relationship. German officials largely support the pipeline because it will transport relatively cheap gas to Germany...Nord Stream 2 AG, which is based in Switzerland, has shelled out millions of dollars in the United States to lobby against sanctions on the pipeline. Five European companies that have loaned billions to Nord Stream 2 AG paid two Atlantic Council scholars nearly $3 million since 2017 to lobby in favor of the pipeline.

Yep....and they screamed at him for it.Trump told NATO, etc that long ago = Mr Trump was right, again
There's also allegedly some evidence to suggest that Zelinsky and his cronies have been skimming profits from the Russian pipelines that cross Ukraine.I believe Biden reinstated those sanctions against the Nord Stream 2 pipeline. Might be too little and too late though.
Here's the deal as I see it:
Germany and other European countries need Russian oil and natural gas to heat their homes and fuel their cars, trucks, planes, etc. BUT - Russia also needs somebody to buy their oil and gas, it ain't doing them any good if nobody buys it.
What Biden could do is allow our oil and gas to be exported to Europe as a replacement, cuz all those great and wonderful renewable fuels ain't cutting it over there. The greenies will have a conniption fit, but fuck 'em. I kinda doubt Biden has the balls to do that though, the greenies are a big part of the democratic party's financial support.
To make matter worse, Germany is in the process of decommissioning all of their nuclear power plants, which used to provide 30% of their power. Genius.Biden has caved to Putin several times since he was sworn in.

WASHINGTON -- The Biden administration is delaying decisions on new oil and gas drilling on federal land and other energy-related actions after a federal court blocked the way officials were calculating the real-world costs of climate change.
The administration said in a legal filing that a Feb. 11 ruling by a Louisiana federal judge will affect dozens of rules by at least four federal agencies. Among the immediate effects is an indefinite delay in planned oil and gas lease sales on public lands in a half-dozen states in the West, including Wyoming, Montana and Utah.
There's also allegedly some evidence to suggest that Zelinsky and his cronies have been skimming profits from the Russian pipelines that cross Ukraine.
Though I haven't seen any direct evidence, I have heard it from several sources.
Keystone XL only benefits the Chinese. You should have known that 10 years ago.Even though its in Europe the pipe line will ease commodity prices here in the US...Biden has no choice...If he wants a little wiggle room he needs to reopen the Keystone

He didn't cave...He was bought.
Keystone XL is an export pipeline for Chinese tarsands from Canada. It will go to the US free trade zone to be refined and shipped overseas. None will be sold in the US nor will they pay taxes.Da fuck you're talking about? This makes no sense at all.
I don't care whether they build keystone XL or not. I just hate the lies.Consider the source. Probably read something, something, something on Raw Story or Axios.
