I posted this in another thread, last night a Representative said that in early September Trump withdrew $770 million that was committed to Europe to help fund military projects that would defend Ukraine and Europe from an increasingly hostile Russia.

So if it isn't that, then Trump is trying to get Ukraine to give him intel about Biden's son to use as opposition research.
