This is a A&E in a UK hospital after 14 years of the Tories putting a wrecking ball through the NHS, some have spent days on trolleys in corridors waiting for a ward, some have died waiting.

Like i said we have problems in the NHS but the staff do a fantastic job under very trying circumstances, all down to Tory vandals for at least 14 years, they don't really believe in the NHS and never did that is why after the war they voted against it time after time.
