Yup, they form through democratic means.

Ukraine was formed as a province by the USSR communist dictators.

Why are we defending those borders? They should redraw the borders of Ukraine to reflect the people within it. The areas with Ukrainian speaking people should be “Ukraine”. The areas with Russian speaking people can either be independent countries or join Russia (like Crimea did).

I don’t think we should be killing people to enforce borders and governments people there don’t want.

I don’t support forcing ethnic Russians in Crimea being accept being ruled by Kiev.
I also do not support forcing ethnic Ukrainians in central and eastern Ukraine to be ruled by Russia.
