Can Trump and the EU say something like, "ceasefire now or we give the $300b to Ukraine to fund the war"?

The EU also needs to police the sale of Russian oil to EU members, that needs to stop, or pipelines get blown up.

The Moscow empire wants access to the EU oil and gas market; to achieve this, they are ready to funnel all EU cash into Ukraine. Without the EU oil and gas market, the Moscow empire will collapse just as the Bolshevik empire did in the 1980s. The EU will never return to a toxic relationship with the predatory Moscow empire. Trump understands this, and Byzantine diplomacy may prevail once again. But we (Free World) must play this together—do you think we can?
