Actually, the new law in Uganda is very reasonable and moderate.

The death penalty is only for "Aggravated" gaiety. Who doesn't think the electric chair is appropriate for those who are molesting children or spreading aids?

If you infect someone with HIV/AIDS then you've done something wrong. Whether you did it through anal sex, vaginal sex, through blood transfusions, what's the difference?

If you have sex with a child, no matter whether that child is same sex or not, what's the difference?
