Surprised nobody's mentioned this yet, but it is strictly against Uber policy to carry any guns or weapons while working, even if you have all the appropriate licenses.
As this is being widely publicized, it will be interesting to see if Uber ends up firing this guy. Pun unintended.

All I know is I use UBER all of the time, and it is a thousand times better than those union piece of shit cabs.

The funny thing is how the cabby unions think UBER takes away their business. One, most (over 90%) of UBER customers use that service OR they will drive their own car. UBER drivers cannot pick someone on the side of the road like those who hail a cab. You have to have the APP on your phone and that is the only way to get UBER to pick you up.

Kudos to the Uber driver. Would have been megakudos though had he been able to kill the scumbag.
