I dont buy THOSE facts for a second.. In the 90s there were govt inspections of execs leaving work in France to make CERTAIN they werent taking work home with.. MANdatory hourly restrictions below 40 per week. So --- ill wait for corroboration, because I KNOW thats wrong. But its also not the topic of discussion for this thread. Its also meaningless to rate labor by hours worked alone...
