I thought that the below was the only bill but evidently there was two of them. The US Senate is dysfunctional.

The other one is covered in this thread.

Fingers crossed that this is the item that helps it all collapse.

I guess that the vile dems thought that the American people were too stupid to manage an HSA account.....Total control, and getting Big Medical/Pharma donations is what they are about.....Never mind that both will continue fleecing Americans.

The Democrats are too greedy to help out the Working Class, and this is the evidence of that.

They instead insisted, unsuccessfully, for massive subsidies for insurance concerns.

Damn shame that McCain put the kibosh on Trumpcare in 2017. Trumpcare would have provided tremendous healthcare, with unparalelled choices and savings you would have to see to believe.

Unfortunately, McCain was a spiteful man who hated Trump, and voted for the ACA.

Thanks to Fox News and the Pro israel Christian, this is who we have as "Republican" Senators.

$1,500. That will take care of it!

Let me get this straight. The republican plan is to give $1500 to every taxpayer for their private HSA? Is that correct? That is a far cry from allowing pre-tax dollars to be used in an HSA. It is a $1500 giveaway of taxpayer $$$$. This giveaway garbage has got to stop. If the gov't doesn't get an ROI, scrap it.

Correction: The GOP plan was filibustered by the Democrats. The Democrat plan was defeated by majority vote.
