the problem with Islamic terrorism is that they'll regroup and teach 'the old ways' (ancient ways, really) to modern youngsters all over again after you leave a territory, as the only way to live by, in a convincing manner.
so 10 to 20 years after western forces and western influences leaving a temporarily-managed country, you got a large breeding ground again, filled with young adults who are fully indoctrinated *and* motivated to hate all things western but the US most of all.
at the slightest sign of American or western assertiveness, they'll respond violently. until struck down often enough again, which means again trillions and years spent combatting them.
it's a recipe for endless war! those are NOT good, people! and you already know why!
same thing is gonna happen to Afghanistan, and they're expanding into Western-Africa (Mali).
NATO and all of their allied countries' leaderships (from local to national) should keep in mind that it's not just the Muslims that have reason, or so they think, to hate us, it's the Asians and some of the Africans and South-Americans too.
WE ARE OUTNUMBERED 2 or 3 to 1.
and our military technological edge is very vulnerable, both remotely and locally. we constantly feed them our latest designs in our own tests against their forces in real combat.
In October 2019, then-President Donald Trump ordered the withdrawal of U.S. forces from Syria. |
