Looks like the long attempt to avoid US justice may be nearing its end--Assange can appeal..but the odds of a favorable outcome are slim:

A British court ruled on Friday that Julian Assange can be extradited to the United States to face espionage charges that could result in decades of jail time, reversing a lower-court decision in the long-running case against the embattled WikiLeaks founder.
Britain’s High Court ruled in favor of the U.S. government, overturning an earlier decision by a district court that had blocked Mr. Assange’s extradition based partly on concerns for his mental health. The ruling pointed to a number of assurances from the United States.
However, it is unlikely the end of the legal saga for Mr. Assange, who can appeal the verdict.
Mr. Assange has been charged with 17 counts of violating the Espionage Act, alleging that he played a role in obtaining secret military and diplomatic documents related to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. If found guilty on all charges, he could face a sentence of up to 175 years in prison.

Biden needs to pardon Assange......he is an American hero
The judge who de facto approved Assange's extradition to the US Gulag is a very good friend of Alan Duncan, the former minister who organized Julian's abduction from the Ecuadorian embassy.

Oh yeah. The rule of law and all that shit...

The White House needs Assange to start hyping hysteria along the line of "Assange-Trump-terrible Russians" toward the election campaign.
Testimonies will be beaten out of Julian, that will help the democrats in their domestic political games.
Demonize the opposition and the Kremlin, once again

If Trump, the real President was in the White House, I wouldn't worry so much but with these gangsters Biden and company, only God knows what will happen to poor Assange.

That's all I can say.

You think they will allow him to talk? No never,

...never in a million years,I don't have a good feeling about this

Sickening.

Trump should have pardoned him.

Can the president pardon someone who hasn't even been formally charged with a crime?

Pardon Assange for what crime, exactly? :dunno:
Trump should have pushed for Assange’s release and freedom. So should have Ears and Old Joe. But guess what? All three assholes were in total agreement to imprison him indefinitely and extradite him to the US.

Yet you guys somehow think Don is different. He isn’t.

Wonder why Trump continued with the prosecution when he had all the power in the world to end it...

Funny how he had no problems intervening when it came to folks like Flynn or Steve Bannon....but he has done nothing for Assange?

Assange was an ally to Trump....so sad...

He did not do it for the same reason, that he did not negotiate with Russia. With the only country capable of destroying the United States, a country that wanted to negotiate.
And why didn't Trump do either? Because he was afraid, that the democratic press would write badly about him... Idiot. Did it help him much? Politicking is in the first place for any political representative of bourgeoisie. And the decaying bourgeoisie is not able to nominate a normal representative.

You say goofy shit like this and you call me the idiot?

Adorable

The person who made idiots like you praise him because of how he attacks the press...calls them the enemy...the same guy who repeatedly goes in front of the press and say dumb shit like:

Assange is an enemy of the state. Im glad that Trump continued with prosecution.

But he exposed the crimes of the US government in Iraq and other places.....isn't that what journalism is all about?
I dont give a fuck about "crimes in Iraq". Journalism isnt about stealing state secrets. That has always been illegal.

After B. Hussein O exonerated "Chelsea" Manning for the same course of events, I can't see where Julian Assange should even be tried.

Afterall, "Miss" Manning was a US soldier who took an oath to our nation and was on our payroll, and was allowed to spy. Mr. Assange is an Ecuadorian national with no particular loyalty to America where he's never even been.

So you think just because the Deep State Obama admin alleges he stole state secrets -- that they are telling you the truth??
