University of Brighton is actually one of those re-named and usually intellectually shabby polytechnics and has no links with the University of Sussex which is literally next door .Another kettle of fish, as we say .
Brighton is a city that is a playground for Greens , LGBQT ,the young and invariably dense, plus cults of those most likely to fail in life .
