A new government report shows just how easy corporate America has it.

Every year from 2006 to 2012, some two-thirds of U.S. corporations did not pay federal income tax, according to a Government Accountability Office study released on Wednesday. In 2012 alone, 42.5 percent of businesses that the GAO defines as large did not pay federal taxes, including 19.5 percent of big corporations that posted a profit.

We need to do away with both the income tax and the corporate tax. Those two taxes account for about two trillion dollars a year. We can cut two trillion out of the $4 trillion Federal budget and still have the largest federal government in the world.

A corporate tax is always indirectly passed along to the consumer one way or another.

If somebody doesn't like a corporation not paying enough money as tribute to the filthy ass government then all they have to do is stop buying goods and services from the corporation. Problem solved.

USA.INC owns majority shares in every Fortune 500 corporation and their subsidiaries.....why would they tax the very corporations that they own? It would affect their bottom line. USA.INC takes in more in dividends per year than the entire GDP of the private sector. Haven't you ever heard of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports? How can you not know this shit? No we are not going to be a third country if we reduce the size of the Federal government to a reasonable level. We would have a full employment booming economy.

The combined Federal State and Local cost of government is 40% of the GDP and that is despicable and it is more than the total GDP of all but one other country on earth.

The cost of government is the single largest expenditure of almost every family in America.

Every cent that is collected into the corporate tax is paid for out the pockets of the people that bought the goods and services that the corporation provided. That is money that could be used to produced real jobs instead of giving it away to Solyndra executives who were campaign bundlers for the Democrat Party.

If we would significantly reduced the size of the filthy ass Federal government the money would be spent to produce real jobs in the productive private economy and our country would boom.

We don't need this bloated out of control welfare state government that we do have.

We need a few necessary government functions at the Federal level like defense, courts, FBI etc. We sure as hell don't need them to be giving money to abortion clinics or subsidizing union pensions.

It's time to eliminate legal concept of a corporation and all its government trappings. We should just have businesses, not corporations. Then corporations wouldn't ever need to pay taxes. Only the business owners.
