I don't know if it is technically an excuse or not. Maybe it is. I just consider it a fact. There have already been a few instances where we tried to hold lefties accountable and they couldn't pass the test of the law where lefty juries wouldn't indict.

Unfortunately, these juries are picked from blue areas in big cities, which always favors the left. That sucks big time but, unfortunately, that is the reality. Finding fair jurors to indict someone from the left out of mostly blue areas is an exercise in futility. And, the more cases you have where you try to prosecute and fail due to the blue tainted system, makes it harder for you to try again, knowing the results will probably be the same.

I don’t know how the DOJ is gonna do when they try to throw-out the pardon Fauxi got from ex-President Potato. But that will have to be a huge part of any attempted prosecution of that villain.

Brennan as far as I can tell got no such “pardon.” It was in September 2025 that DOJ supposedly initiated a prosecutorial investigation of Brennan. This is (therefore) about 6 Months.

I am guessing that any criminal “investigation” of that evil prick has to be complicated given the various State secrets he has. His criminal shit had to have been quite complicated to unravel. Probably still is.

Personally, I’m inclined to give Bondi a lot more leeway. If the DOJ is serious about a possible prosecution of Brennan, then they need to be very careful, quite precise and loaded for bear.

But yeah. At some point, if they have any hope of regaining their once more highly polished reputation, they need to bite the proverbial bullet. I remain hopeful for and eager to see Brennan getting arrested. Preferably in a midnight raid of his abode covered by CNN. Or maybe by Fox News.
