Two Reasons that Pam Bondi is a 101% FAILURE

Only half (approximately) of the files have been released. Massie and the rest of the world are still waiting for Bimbo Bondi to obey the law:

No, not all of the Epstein files have been released. The Department of Justice has stated that they released over 3 million pages, but there are still documents that have been withheld for various reasons, including legal privileges and concerns about victim privacy.

Status of Epstein Files Release

Total Files Released

  • The U.S. Department of Justice has released approximately 3.5 million pages of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein.
  • This includes over 2,000 videos and 180,000 images.

Compliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act

  • The release is part of compliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which mandated the disclosure of documents by December 19, 2025.
  • Initially, the DOJ released a smaller batch of heavily redacted files, which drew criticism for not meeting the law's requirements.

Remaining Files

  • The DOJ has indicated that not all files have been released. They initially identified around 6 million pages as potentially responsive but only released about half.
  • Some documents remain withheld under various legal privileges, including those that could identify victims or depict child sexual abuse.

Ongoing Issues

  • There have been concerns about the adequacy of redactions, leading to the exposure of some victims' identities.
  • The DOJ continues to review requests and may release additional documents in the future.
In summary, while a significant amount of material has been released, 100% of the Epstein files have not been made public.

What about the ones that have been released?

So that's your excuse for them not naming the names he was yelling about at the hearings? You know the emails that he put up for all to see with the 'From' redacted and asking Bondi why they were redacted??? He now knows who sent those emails, when is he going to tell the rest of us?

All files that have been released are completely unredacted and available for any member of Congress to search through and view.

When are Massie and Ro Khanna going to start naming names?
Thank you. I'm still waiting for these super heros to well, do what they said. Where are they?

Good that kids were rescued. I applaud ICE's efforts and results.

Now, why is Trump's DOJ so dedicated to hiding the names of men (and women) who abused underaged girls? The statue of limitations may keep them from being prosecuted but at least they'll be seen by the world for what they are. And it's possible and maybe probable that some of them continue to commit similar crimes today. I'm sure everyone agrees that sexual predators should be stopped.
the congress has them. You know this correct? all unredacted.

Not according to Massie and not according to the DOJ, themselves:

Why didn't Bondi disclose them in the files released to us, as the law required?

You and Massie are wrong.

Members of Congress will be able to view unredacted Epstein files next week

Funny. Bondi just announced that she won't be releasing the rest of the files. Is she "wrong" too?

According to the DOJ, there are still 3 million pages of documents that have NOT been released. That makes Bondi a literal criminal.

No. It doesn’t.
Well, I still use old school definitions. When someone broke the law a few decades ago, they were considered criminals. What dictionary do you use?

What does that have to do with the half of the files that are out, that Massie has access to unredacted? When is he going to tell us who sent the emails that he had displayed in the Bondi hearing??

All you do is change the subject in a poor defense to not answer. :dunno:

Whether or not breaking a law is criminal depends (a whole lot) on how the law addresses it.

A recent historical example. The Act which declares that an outgoing President’s “papers” belong to the US Government. First off, that law is far from a model of clarity.

More importantly, there is not one single solitary provision in that law which criminalizes a former President’s conduct of retaining some such alleged “presidential papers.” Thus, it is not a criminal law.

If ex President Potato kept some of his papers from his one miserably failed term in Office, you could not prosecute him for breaking the Presidential Records Act.

Here’s another example you’re likely too stupid to comprehend: say the speed limit on some highway is 55 MPH. You are the driver and a cop measures your car’s speed as being 66 MPH.

You might get pulled over. You might get a ticket. You might go to court to fight the charge. But the laser device which measures your speed is proved to be accurate. So, you’re found guilty. Newsflash: that still wouldn’t make you a criminal.

Come back later and fail harder.

Bondi failed to comply with a law (signed by Trump). That means she broke the law. No amount of twisting will change the fact. Bondi is a criminal. End of story.

Thanks for finally admitting the truth. See how easy that was? Massie will do his job when Bondi finishes doing hers.
