Two Reasons that Pam Bondi is a 101% FAILURE

Oh,that's the dscussion he had wiht Reason Magazine the other day? I was gonna give it a watch when I scrolled over it on their web site but never did. Mainly just because anyone who gets his reasoning and perspective in going so far as he has likely already knows where the discussion wll be focused.

I should still watch it; thanks for linking. I'm just sitting around at the moment anyway.
I highly recommend Shawn Ryan's interview of Ro Khana that dropped yesterday as well. Occasionally they sparred over the need for taxes and a huge federal government, but even Khana had to admit, raising taxes while we have so much corruption in D.C. is indeed, probably a mistake.

This? Is precisely the type of self-gaslighting that corrupts the republic.

The files, if they are wholly unredacted, and if every big name is compelled to testify, every intelligent person will be able to figure this out.

I don't doubt that after all of that happens, we will hear more from the victims.

The number of folks in power that are being affected in other nations is already happening.

It's all still hearsay from 20-30 years ago, the victims need to come forward and be willing to testify, when that happens with creditability, then we might have something. Until then it's just a bunch of accusations without any proof. It's as simple as that.

The only thing that is happening is that people were mentioned in the files as being associated back then to what is a now known sexual predator and being run through the coals, regardless of if there was any proof of their actual wrong doing. You claim to be an advocate of COTUS, yet are willing to see being hanged without any plausible proof of anything.

And if it doesn't conform to your prejudices, you will just call it fake news and hearsay.

What prejudice do I have?

I want to see justice done with actual proof of wrongdoing, not hearsay, not because someone went to the same parties or worked in the same offices or had lunch with him. Otherwise it's just modern-day lynching. :dunno:

Edit:

And once again you removed almost my entire post from your response, implying that you agree that anyone that had any contact with him in the past is guilty as hell in your mind, that's just not rational.

This thread is about integrity in government, not about the Epstein information.

How this administration and every administration since Bush has handled this issue is just a symptom of the real problem in the establishment.

How they've handled it? None of them have handled it until Trump, who you find to be the worst offender for some reason. You want the DOJ to indict and prosecute people based on hearsay in emails from decades ago, without victim testimony. Like I said, I'm not sure what exactly you expect them to do.

Nope, in from my view Trump is not better, nor any worse than the rest of them.

At the point you start creating strawman arguments, the debate for you is lost.

Trump's administration has NOT handled it, not one bit. The folks he hired have done nothing but lie and obstruct.

Congress forced them all to comply, which incidentally, they still are not doing.

I expect them to obey the Epstein transparency act.

Strawman? Then tell me what else there is for them to use to indict and prosecute anyone within the Epstein files? Le's see your evidence?

Telling me what I think and/or feel and then debating that is a strawman.

We are agreed. we need to see all the evidence.

You only talk about Trump and Bondi? I call it like I see it. :dunno:

You clearly believe that there is evidence being withheld that would indict and convict people, yet there is no proof of that.

I think we are done here. Apparently the media bubble you live in isn't giving you the facts, thus, we can't have a productive conversation.

So what if they un-redact all of the names, what then?

There should be dozens of Democrats in prison. Bondi needs to get on it.
I imagine there should also be dozens of "republicans," in prison, as well as a course correct for the U.S. regarding foreign relations, fiscal & banking policy and the treatment of tech titans & CEOs.

Sure, anyone who broke federal law.

Garland imprisoned many conservatives. I expect Bondi to do what Garland did.

She won't. As the thesis of the thread made clear;

Pam Bondi is a 101% FAILURE

But your Massie and Ro Khanna have the ability to go in and view any unredacted information in the files they wish, but yet they're not naming any names? Why not?

It wouldn't matter if they did, you still wouldn't be able to indict any of them over an email. :dunno: I guess you can bring public shame down upon them, regardless of whether or not they were actually guilty of anything. You are the pitchfork mob who wants your justice while throwing out the rule of law. I can't get on board with that, and in almost every other situation you claim to be the same.

They have both answered your question. Breaking the law to bring law-breakers to justice is not the solution.

. . . and that, in conjunction with other means would be enough.

What Massie and Khanna are attempting is a full investigation.

If the folks in those files are ALL compelled to testify, all of their testimony, in conjunction with victims statements, and with use of all information being withheld by the DoJ, FBI, and other agencies involved in this, once it is all compared and cross-referenced, proof of what went on, and a clearer picture will emerge.

Will we ever have accountability? Who knows.
