I cannot wrap my head around the President using Rob Reiner’s tragic apparent murder (reports say that his son, Nick, has been arrested on the double murder charges) as a vehicle to talk shit about TDS and the successes of the Trump Administration.

Rather a cringe moment, I'd agree, however if you ever followed the things that Reiner posted regarding Trump, Reiner was way more caustic in things he said about Trump. I did bump into much of Rob Reiner’s political rants from time to time. And I thought he was out of his mind.

As I said earlier, I disliked his politics. I admired his skills as a director.

But I don’t believe that it is the time or place for the POTUS to dump on Reiner the day after he was murdered.

Reiner was a douchebag of a human. He will not be missed.

Reiner was what Carradine called a Hollywood Cowboy. Big stars like Bob Hope, etc., built Hollywood from scratch, then they all had kids. Rob was part of that generation. Unlike the stars of Classic Hollywood, Hollywood was just THERE when he grew up and he was rich with a silver spoon in his mouth. Just so happened that Rob had some talent too. So how you saw Rob Reiner depended on what direction you came at him from.

I'm sure that to many people, Rob was a darling, generous, friendly, loving, and the guy loved to throw parties. But like all Progs, when you get on their bad side, are not part of their IN crowd, they can really hate you and be miserable.

Reiner is just one more Hollywood tragedy like so many whom I love their work even if I don't always love their person.
