Why can't ICE, the FBI, and US Marshals check day care centers and arrest all involved for fraud?

That noted, it notes there is no mention as to what day this was. Christmas Eve and it was closed?

If there was fraud I hope to see arrests and convictions (to your point). Why didn't anyone find anyone actually eating pets in Springfield Ohio?

Well, there wouldnt be any kids there because they lost their license.
A hundred regulation violations up until "conditional" license expiration. Including not having records of children there. Despite those violations, they received almost 8M in tax payer funds. In 4 years.

Most of the law enforcement in these areas are democrat operatives on the take.

Law enforcement isn't turning a blind eye, they are in on it and on the take.
