When former Socialist Benito created it, he called it the "Third Way" he hated captialism, but was disappointed with the failures of Socialism, so he created it. He allowed for some, very few, private businesses to exist, but those companies had to do support and be only for the benefit of the party. Much like how the Demafascist worked with Twitter
