Twitter founder warns 'hyperinflation' will strike in America soon

The Fed has been resisting raising rates, believing this current inflation is transitory.

But if it continues much longer, they will have no choice. And then we will enter a deflationary period.

So be it. It won't kill us. We should have allowed it to collapse in 2008 and then we would be in much better shape today.

You mean like ‘insurrection’? 🙄

You guys aren't very good at definitions.

"Some people, did something"

I think we will forever argue over who those people were, and what they did. . . this is obvious.

But, what is clear from thread after thread on this site?

. . . now the Deep State and the establishment want to use this, "something," and these folks, to demonize an entire way of thinking and an entire political POV.

Well that's ridiculous and wrong. How.do you figure millions more unemployed and collapse of entire industries would have left us better off? Millions more losing their retirement savings? You have been listening to too many AM radio "buy gold" survival backpack infomercials.

Well that's an intersting way of putting it. In reality, we will have people who admit what the entire world saw on video, and a smallish contingent of liars and gullible people who say otherwise.

Followed up by a big steaming pile of paranoid delusion. Naturally. Saw that one coming when you first tried to give a pass to the gullible people and liars.

Blah blah blah. We heard the same crap how GM couldn't file for bankruptcy as it would cause a mass.collapse. GM filed and nothing happened.

All the same if it did that's Capitalism right?

Blah blah blah.
Compelling!

Actually, it was most of the auto industry, and the banking system.

Second, the GM bankruptcy was not a disaster for this country PRECISELY BECAUSE we bailed them out. So, way to bring up the best example that makes my point and obliterates your point.

Sure. Tell us all about how the government treated folks like John Sullivan, Stewart Rhodes, and many others, whose names are redacted.

You don't fool anyone.

Some of us aren't as simple minded as you, nor are we always pushing an agenda.

Irrelevant red herring, desperate ploy to cover for criminal insurrectionists. So you have made it clear which side of the videos you are on: gullible or Liar.

We argued that they could not do bankruptcy. They did. GM was going nowhere.

Not sure about you and the mouse in your pocket, but the rest of us understood that, without government investment in their reorganization, it would have been a disaster for this country. You are literally trying to use the success of the bailout as argument for why we didn't need the bailout. Totally absurd.

Oh no! Words are so scary!

In this case, you could also call it preserving g our economy and national security. And they got paid back. But I suppose "Socialism!" has more of a emotional impact, on those less well-read or thoughtful.

Call it whatever you want but it's not Capitalism.
