Very interesting

Twilight time lasts longer if you were in New York as opposed to Florida !
Why ?? The angle of the sun is more steep in FL while in NY the sun sets at a more gradual angle. FL sets at a steeper angle


Also did you know their are 3 phases of twilight
( civil , nautical and astronomical)
Each one is separated by a 6 degree dip in the sun to earth)

Next time you see a movie and it goes from super dark to light or from super light to dark it’s fake BS

I find “ natural phenomenal sciences “as the most exciting topic of all time

You can really look at the sky and know how things work

Did you know rhe Sun is in the sky higher and longer in the summer time

I get it, man. I just make certain assumptions that I shouldn't. I think it's cool you're learning new stuff, I didn't mean to be a dick... sometimes it just happens.

And in answer to your question, yes I was aware that daylight hours are longer in the summer.

It’s because the sun is in thx sky longer and higher up


my interest in this was awoken 4 years ago when I watched Star talk with Dr Neil Tyson .

He has endless short videos on this stuff

Actually, yeah, I have always known that. But then, I also know what zodiacal light or false dawn is and what the gegenschein or counter-glow is, and have seen them all.
