She is a Major in the Hawaii National Guard and got where she is there because she was elected to Congress. Her two tours in Iraq and Kuwait were particularly unremarkable, the first of which was while she was a medical paper-pusher and the last as an MP.

All true, but also all good.
I think she is bold enough to join and go scary places, but not the kind who ignores mass killing and would support wars for profits.

We have not really had an enemy who had to be killed since the British attacked us in 1812.
No one trying to liberate their country from western imperialism and colonialism in the Mideast is our "enemy".
