Tucker Carlson's "Patriot Purge" on Jan 6th riot blames antifa, FBI red flag operation, calls rioters "political prisoners!!"

Finally, a Trumptard commie, admits the capitol police were beaten.
The congress is supposed to serve us. We serve them. It is they pushing all of the agendas and seducing people with promises of an endless utopian rainbow world. And they force it on us. The climate change agenda is just one item. It is going to make Americans poorer.

Another good example of the dumb shit Americans believe was pointed out by Bill Maher. I’d say the media is more than a little responsible.

Bill Maher says liberal media ‘scaring the s—‘ out of people over COVID

During his appearance on ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” this week, the 65-year-old “Real Time With Bill Maher” host cited a survey in the New York Times — “which is a liberal paper so they weren’t looking for this answer,”

The question was, ‘What do you think the chances are that you would have to go to the hospital if you got COVID?’ And Democrats thought that was, way higher than Republicans,” Maher said. “The answer is between 1 percent and 5 percent.”

He said 41 percent of Democrats thought it was over 50 percent, while 28 percent thought it was between 20 percent and 49 percent of patients ending up in the hospital.

“Seventy percent of Democrats thought it was way, way, way higher than it really was,” Maher added. “Liberal media has to take a little responsibility for that. For scaring the s— out of people.”

And that half of the population, mostly lefty liberals, are told that other news media sources, like Fox News, are 'verboten' to see while conservatives are constantly bombarded with this Democrat-MSM shit that pervades our air-ways. Therefore, anyone who just watches Fox news is better informed than those who shun it.
You are missing the point.

No, anyone that watches Fox News is not "better informed." Fox is not your friend. It pushes fear, but it also pushes loyalty to the corporate oligarchy. Fox is owned by the same institutional investors as all the other propaganda outlets. They won't really tell you the truth about anything.

The same elites own them all. They are purposely dividing the nation so folks don't talk to each other and understand, we are all in the same boat.

All these channels would LOVE for folks to start chaos, rioting and a revolt against the establishment, it would give the rulers an excuse to invoke martial law and suspend the Constitution permanently. If the left media, and the right media, agitate folks enough, and get them out in the streets shooting? Yeah, then the STATE has all the supposed justification it needs to take all the guns away, and to lock folks up in all those camps, and to rule by fiat, doesn't it?

:dunno:

What you are in? It's a matrix of lies, spin, half-truths, of anger and fear. . . just like the other side.

Do you really believe all those folks that were angry at the Capitol riot, weren't in some way, caused by propaganda on Fox, and there weren't a couple thousand, that felt the same way, for every person that was in attendance down there?

. . . and do you honestly feel that all the rioters in those BLM cities were not supported by folks that watch lefty news?

It is the oligarchy owned propaganda that is the problem, NOT THE PEOPLE.

Look, I'm not an idiot...I was using FOX as and example and I certainly don't think they are my 'friend'......Fox news has conservative commentary shows that run opposite of the MSM. Their regular news programs tend to parrot the MSM. Besides Fox there are other places the get differing opinions. My point is that the broadcast media (CBS, NBC, ABC, NPR, etc.) is ubiquitous and parrot the same opinions as the Democrat party. Also they tell folks that Fox is somehow far right which is a downright lie, in fact, FOX is also left of center. There are also many, many Internet sites to go to to get alternate information other than what the MSM puts out. Not only that but, there are scads of actual videos of events where one can see for oneself instead of having some talking head tell them what happened. A good example is the Rittenhouse trial. You can go to several places and see the trial live and make up your own mind.

I realize that FOX, just like the MSM, makes money from viewership and selling commercial time. they have a more conservative demographic than the broadcast media (MSM). A lot of their programming caters to that demographic.

I'm going to humor you, because you just don't seem to get it.

conservative commentary shows that run opposite of the MSM
See, here is a good example. No. . . Fox IS the MSM. I just don't understand why you don't get this.

A good example is the Rittenhouse trial.
No, not really. I have commented on this extensively, because this is of interest to folks on this site. . . but really? If you want the honest to goodness truth on this? This incident about this trial? DOES NOT MATTER. IT IS A DISTRACTION.

It is another divide and rule tactic of the MSM. The corporate oligarchs know this. While they have folks on the left and the right hyper-focused on that bullshit, folks were not paying any real close attention to what their real owners were doing, or talking about at the Cop26, or the passage of the infrastructure bill.

What do you really think was more important for your future? Do you even know, how editors and publishers decide on which stories are important to cover?

:dunno:

This guy was put in place to run the FCC, and was left there by Trump. FOR HIS ENTIRE Tenure. He has only now, just been replaced by a Biden lackey, and if you think things are going to change, IMO? I don't think you understand how the propaganda system works. It has always been this way, since the oligarchs joined together under the CFR to control how you think.

". . .Citing the FCC, Jason Pye (the editor-in-chief for the United Liberty website and former legislative director for the Libertarian Party of Georgia) wrote that the stated purpose of the CIN is to collect information from television and radio broadcasters about “the process by which stories are selected” and how often stations cover “critical information needs,” as well as to assess “perceived station bias” and “perceived responsiveness to underserved populations.”

The FCC will also ask reporters: “Have you ever suggested coverage of what you consider a story with critical information for your customers that was rejected by management?”

The FCC attempts to justify the intrusive fact-finding mission by asserting that the results are necessary to complete a report that the FCC “is obligated under § 257 of the Communications Act of 1934 … to review and report to Congress on: (1) regulations prescribed to eliminate market entry barriers in the provision and ownership of telecommunications services and information services, or in the provision of parts or services to providers of telecommunications services and information services by entrepreneurs and other small businesses; and (2) proposals to eliminate statutory barriers to market entry by those entities, consistent with the public interest, convenience, and necessity.”

However, Pye quotes the FCC’s Ajit Pai: “This claim is peculiar. How can the news judgments made by editors and station managers impede small businesses from entering the broadcast industry? And why does the CIN study include newspapers when the FCC has no authority to regulate print media?”

The statement came from an opinion piece in the Wall Street Journal for February 10 written by Ajit Pai, who is a commissioner of the FCC. In the article, Pai noted that news editors often disagree about which stories are important enough to be covered and which stories are not. But, stated Pai, “everyone should agree on this: The government has no place pressuring media organizations into covering certain stories.”

Then Pai makes an amazing admission, especially since he was nominated to his post by President Obama: “Unfortunately, the Federal Communications Commission, where I am a commissioner, does not agree.”

As part of the process to uncover the information it wants, notes Pai, the FCC selected eight categories of “critical information,” including the “environment” and “economic opportunities,” that it believes the local news media should cover. The FCC will ask station managers, news directors, journalists, television anchors, and on-air reporters to tell the government about their “news philosophy” and how the station will assist the FCC’s quest to (as we noted previously) “ensure that the information needs of all Americans are being met.”

As an indication of the egregious intrusiveness of the CIN study, the FCC’s follow-up questions will ask for “specifics about how editorial discretion is exercised, as well as the reasoning behind the decisions.”

But Pai’s assessment of the FCC’s new program becomes more ominous:

Participation in the Critical Information Needs study is voluntary — in theory. Unlike the opinion surveys that Americans see on a daily basis and either answer or not, as they wish, the FCC’s queries may be hard for the broadcasters to ignore. They would be out of business without an FCC license, which must be renewed every eight years.

A frank acknowledgment, coming from an Obama nominee! If a broadcast media outlet is dependent on not running afoul of FCC bureaucrats in order to keep its license and remain in business, what we have, in effect, is a fascist system not too different from what existed in Italy under Mussolini. Though fascism has multiple characteristics, a hallmark of the system is that instead of openly nationalizing private property, as did the communists, fascists allowed private property to exist in name — while controlling it via regulation. Under fascism, entrepreneurs have only the illusion of private property, since the government dictates how their property is to be used. . . . "

I am fully capable of watching the Rittenhouse trial and monitoring what's going on with the infrastructure bill, etc. Why do you assume I am so stupid you have to 'humor' me? Do you have some kind of better sources or ways to influence elected officials not to spend our tax dollars for garbage and pork? If so please provide links I would be happy to look at them. As I said, I take in all sorts of informational sites, etc. and it's pretty obvious there is no true objective source of 'news' out there. In fact, there NEVER was. So-called journalists are all human and biased but there are SOME that at least try to be objective. One doesn't know who they are if they just reject all forms of information available like you seem to be doing.

Polls and opinion surveys are garbage and so are all the so-called fact checkers which I consider to be an insult to my intellect. You seem to have a catastrophist philosophy which is fine I'm a bit that way too which is why I try to seek all the information I can. Fox news was just an example but you jumped down my throat.

Oh yeah, and I am well aware that this country is being run by D.C. lifetime bureaucrats and professional politicians. This is a Political Forum and, as such, we discuss politics not how we react to everyday life with everyday people. Political forces WANT us to be divided because that way they have more power.

What void? There is no void, Rush propagated a plethora of conservative, anti MSM-Democrat-Marxist pundits, news medias and patriotic journalists. Unfortunate for you I guess.

You know most Repub voters do not believe in most of the media and TV. It can not be said enough. They are still going full speed ahead with their lies. Although a few of the Progs are giving us an impression of their fellow swamp members not doing a good job to make it loo like we are free.
