Governors refusing to govern, opened early, allowed riots and we are seeing a spike. Governors shutting down there States is now on Trump. He has made lots and lots of mistakes however the governors bear a lot of responsibility. Oregon, Washington and California looked smart at the beginning of this, now they are looking pretty dumb, so do the governors in Texas, Florida, Arizona and New York.
