There is no Democratic policy on athletic competition other than it’s up to organizations to dictate fairness and safety. Title IX rules Biden had proposed said you cant ban transgender based on the “idea” of transgender but that it was perfectly reasonable to regulate fairness and competition as it relates to biology.
