By any chance are these the same "EXPERTS" that figured it would be a good idea to set up quarantine centers near densely populated areas like March AFB, Travis AFB, Lackland AFB and San Diego?
Oddly enough the first reported case in California not connected with travel abroad appeared just outside of Travis AFB soon after they quarantined people returning from China there.

The "EXPERTS" told the Trump Administration officials NOT to fly sick people on the same plane as those who had not tested positive, and Trump overrode the "experts" because one of the people on that cruise ship had called his Republican Senator and reemed him out because the US goverment left them on that ship. So Trump was desperate to get those people back on US soil. The CDC told Trump to have specially trained people deal with the returning cruise ship people and again, Trump overrode the experts.

Ultimately, the CDC said that they wanted no part of this debacle, and took their names off the project because Trump overrode all of their safety protocols and just flew those people home. He had locals with no protection meet them at the AFB and process their paperwork, and then those workers returned to the community. The first case of community transmission in California came from one of the DHS workers who met that plane, to one of the locals.

Dumb Donald owns this. All of it. This did not have to happen.
