Trump's Promise to Young Men: I Am Your Retribution Against Women

‘Donald Trump’s rally at Madison Square Garden on Sunday was alarming for many reasons, not least for its overt fascism and racism, but it was also, as The New York Times accurately reported, a “carnival” of “misogyny”—one directed at Kamala Harris in particular.

Grant Cardone, a self-styled business guru, likened the Democratic nominee for president to a prostitute, saying that “her pimp handlers will destroy our country.” Another speaker called Harris “the devil” and “the Antichrist.” And Tucker Carlson, the former Fox News host, mocked her racial identity and repeated Trump’s insult that Harris, a former district attorney, state attorney general, senator, and now a vice president, was “low IQ.”

The overt sexism throughout the night, even by the standards of Trump’s nearly decade-long political career, was astonishing. Less surprising, given the campaign he’s run this year, was the figurative crotch-grabbing on display. When Trump running mate JD Vance mentioned Tim Walz, his Democratic counterpart, the crowd erupted into “tampon Tim” chants—to which Vance laughed. (Explainer here, if you need one.) And the “comedian” who opened the rally, Tony Hinchcliffe, said that Latinos “love making babies. There’s no pulling out. They come inside, just like they do to our country.

”These were not simply off-the-cuff remarks; they were very deliberate. It’s all part of Trump’s electoral strategy to Make America Masculine Again. He knows he’s losing women by massive margins, so he’s going after the men—especially, but not exclusively, aggrieved young men who feel they’ve been robbed of their male birthright to power. Trump is giving them license to say whatever they want about women, and his campaign is an implicit promise to give them control over women, including their bodies.’

For these and scores of other reasons, Trump is unfit to be president – beyond partisan politics, policy positions, and the issues; there is no way to rationalize or justify voting for Trump.

It’s utter madness to want Trump in the WH – completely insane.
Geez, chones, your lies are getting stupider and stupider.

I'd start with outlawing alimony, enforcing DNA tests at birth and before child support payments required.

Yeah .. Men's Rights.. :twirl:
There are three branches of government - the executive, the legislative & the judicial.

Guess which one creates laws. I'll even give you a hint. It's not the branch that Trump would occupy if he ever made his way back into office, so I'm not quite sure why you're pinning your hopes on Trump doing anything for you (collective).

What happened to states' rights? That's where family law is adjudicated.

Trump doesn’t want to make all Americans masculine again, just the males. 🤦‍♂️

We have the democrats to thank for turning females masculine and some males feminine. And honestly, you can keep those.

Well two things:
------------------------------------------------------------

Those were good and relevant observations (in post #40).

Harris's elevation to POTUS candidacy was the opportunity some frustrated males needed to air the angst they experience with and about accomplished women who are better educated and more impactful than they are. Her entry was the misogyny moment they craved.

Their anxiety over women often crystallizes on social media sites...particularly where the incel is anonymous and can shrill out his bewilderment over male/female relationships. As we see in many threads on this narrow-gauge 'political' site.

IMHO

I think he’s just pissed that he can no longer get women on his own and they want to charge him for sex. He doesn’t really give two shits about people like ColonelAngus who could only get pussy if a woman left it to him in her will. He’s pissed off that he’s clearly on the decline.

In my hospital right now are probably 1 in 12 patients who are geriatric; presenting different symptoms of dementia. The one unifying trait is anger. They don’t trust their kids, their partners, their doctors, nurses, etc... If it wasn’t such a hot button issue, the nurses union would likely collectively bargain the number of advanced age patients they have on a shift. When I listen to this ass clown speak, I can hear the same sort of desperate--and that is what it is--slipping of the gears.
With that attitude you should be allowed no where near a hospital!

Are you serious posting the above? Any credibility you had just got flushed down the toilet.

I was just annoying Arlette but I'm convinced Trump as an inspirational leader would know which butt's to kick and who knows .. men could be free at last .. 😄 .. free at last..

Copy / paste the text.
Demonstrate the misogyny.

1. Of course you're correct, the thing is in most cases when a man uses vulgar language such as cited above particularly about a woman or to a woman, that's their intent, to be offensive. And dare anyone object to the vulgarity of it all, then out come all of the excuses - you're overreacting, you're too sensitive, boys will just be boys, freedom of speech, etc. ad nauseum in spite of freedom of speech not applying in these situations. On one hand they remind me of boys just entering puberty with all of the stupid jokes goofy laughs & snickers sounding like Beavis & Butthead and while on the other hand I can't help but wonder if this is how they heard their father/father figures(s) speak to and/or about their mothers
We were taught the proper places and roles of men and women by our families and our communities back when those type of things still existed. Our mothers knew their place and not only accepted but embraced it.
2. Retribution?!? Why does any man need retribution against WOMEN, plural?!? If someone has done something to cause them harm, then instead of manning up and taking their grievance to that person, they want ALL WOMEN to collectively pay for something that they didn't get that they feel they should have? Retribution for WHAT exactly?
Retribution for a lifetime (or at least several decades and multiple individual instances) of the women getting a hand-up or hand-out in order to achieve the type of equity that is utterly destroying Western Civilization at this point in history.

Just the feminazis, America could use a good dose of toxic masculinity to right the ship, men are continually put down in advertising, and movies, as subservient dullards to women, so yeah maybe stop that and things will be ok
