I worked for the world's largest winery for over thirty years. Those machines in that video harvest wine grapes not table grapes. Big difference. They mention "wine grapes" numerous times in the video. Table grapes are harvested by hand in the CA central valley. Many soft, stone fruits are still harvested by hand as well.

Yes, if they came here illegally they can’t qualify for green cards unless they leave the states for (I believe) several years. In my opinion, illegal aliens or faux asylum seekers should never be eligible for green cards. Only asylum seekers who meet the international standards should qualify for residency. Not the ones who are economic refugees like almost all of the twelve to fifteen million recent arrivals.
