This was a subpoena based on the civil rights act. I looked up the wording used and the document. If they want them, that was the way to go about it. It was not a casual request. Any Federal judge would order enforcement of the subpoena. After researching, I also ran the question through an AI, based on a request. It came up with 3 scenarios, 2 of which would see the records turned over, and this was one, specifically mentioned under the civil rights statute. Articles that write of it as a simple request did not do their 10 minutes of homework, or were partisan, or just writing it as a simple request, to get partisans exited by not giving the facts. This was no simple request. Like I said, it will undoubtedly not show irregularities that could change the Fulton County outcome, but they will comply, as they can.
