Trump's inflation is booming!

All remember on these boards when Biden-Harris spoke inflation to record highs in the middle of their Presidency, there was nothing but excuses and feeble, pathetic attempts to blame Trump then.
Pull up where I made an excuse for it, life is right now anytime someone speaks of Trump the Trump Humpers start crying about Biden. He is no longer the President, Trump is and he made all of these damn promises about what he was going to do on Day 1, what happened?

tell astro,he mentioned biden so he brought him into the conversation...

Did I call you out specifically?

9% dude. And you want us to lose our shit over 4% LOL
First of all, the month over month increase was .6%, that is a 7.2% year over year clip.

Second, does Biden live rent free in your head? Who gives a shit what happened in the past, I gots to eat today.

Third, we are witnessing a snowball rolling down hill when it comes to inflation. Rate cut from the Fed is now off the table. Market is pricing it in. Things are going to continue to spiral upward, you can see the effects of the tariffs, and the war, starting to cascade downstream.

One example, soft drinks in aluminum cans. I used to score them on sale for four bucks, sometimes three, a 12 pack. Even in convenience stores. Easily twice that now, it is the damn cost of the cans. So I axed them from the budget, lost twenty pounds, whoo hoo.

Gas is now up a dollar a gallon more, a damn DOLLAR A GALLON more. I am seeing insane numbers at the pump, albeit the gas station I frequent has a large following among contractors. But that is real dollars coming out of real people's pockets. I mean when that truck hauling that trailer of show horses, lots of them around here, has to spend an extra hundred bucks on fuel, that is a hundred bucks they don't spend at the show. It really is that simple.

Here is the problem. Too many people have listened to Trump. Oh, it is going to be over soon. Gas prices will come down, grocery prices will come down. So they have temporarily maintained their spending, mostly via credit. Their patience is running out. They are becoming tapped out. When they put on the brakes, well we plunge into a recession if not a full blown depression.

I see Trump as the best ever, based on my investments which have increased 16% YTD. Saying he’s the worst ever is too absurd for words.

You're OK because your portfolio hasn't lost money, and **** the rest of the American people.

How stupid and short sighted of you, but that's the very definition of a Trump voter. Trump is well on his way to crashing the American economy for the SECOND time, using the same failed policies that crashed your economy the first time: trade wars, tariffs, and tax cuts.

Every Republican tax cut has lead to an economic crash, like night following day. The 1981 tax cut lead to the 1987 economic crash. The 2001/02 tax cuts lead to the 2008 economic crash, and the 2017 tax cuts to the 2020 crash.

The problem for the American people is that after the first two crashes, Democrats had 8 years to rebuild the economy. Biden only had 4 years, and Trump cancelled or reversed many of the programs which helped jump start the economy - like the CHIPS Act, and the green energy programs.

Biden had a year of 9%. Let us know when Trump hits that.
Biden gave Trump an inflation rate below 3 percent
Trump is now over 4 percent with no end in sight

“As for what’s driving the discouraging data, it is — to the surprise of no one — energy costs that are pushing prices higher, which is the direct result of the war with Iran.

Perhaps most importantly, NBC News’ report emphasized that inflation’s rise “has surpassed wage growth,” which necessarily exacerbates the affordability crisis gripping American consumers.”

It's only transitory and far less than Biden's 9%, which is cooked into the books and can't be uncooked. Much of the part of today's Americans not being able to afford things is all the inflation that Biden has cooked into the books that can't be reversed.

I might get kicked out of MAGA for saying this, but I think you can't be as fucktarded as your posts suggest.

Let me see if I can lead you to an actual realization.

1. Did you vote for Trump? Yes or No.

(It's clear you didn't)

2. If you did vote for Trump (which I know you didn't), did you do so only because of his campaign promises?"

(Again, it's clear you didn't)

3. Did you BELIEVE Trump's campaign promises but vote against him anyway?

(We all know you wouldn't and didn't believe Trump's promises)

4. So, why can't you see that those of us who DID vote for Trump just might have ******* done so, for reasons OTHER than the campaign "promises" that you fucktardz are so hypnotized by?

Most adults know that "campaign promises" are more of a wish list and a glimpse into a candidate's priorities. . . than an actual ******* contract.

We don't give a rat's ass about campaign promises like you ******* tardz do.

Accept.

You're absolutely right. Inflation occurs in a vacuum and should never be compared to recent inflation rates, my bad.
Who gives a shit what happened in the past, I gots to eat today.
I'm sorry that you are doing so poorly that a 4% inflation rate is preventing you from buying food. Do you need a few bucks?
When they put on the brakes, well we plunge into a recession if not a full blown depression.
Yup. You clowns have been predicting that since 2016. Do you wonder why rational people don't take you seriously?

It is not transitory until we have moved beyond. You can’t claim inflation is transitory until inflation is back beyond 3 percent

Biden’s 9 percent were a result of Covid supply chain issues and the war in Ukraine. Factors beyond his control.
We have seen inflation rise from 2.6 percent to 4.2 percent because of Trumps tariffs and war of choice with Iran

You stupid idiot, EVERYTHING is transitory if you wait long enough.

Supply chain was out of Biden's control? He and Secretary Buttplug fucked the supply chain but good.
