You remove those caps and you'll completely dis-incentivize the poor from ever becoming self sufficient while incentivizing every American (including the "rich") to grab every tax payer funded subsidy they can get their hands on, regardless of how much income they have, as it stands now the poor (those below the poverty line) only see around $0.13 of every subsidy dollar paid out, your proposal would SIGNIFICANTLY reduce that number.

Corporate welfare is a completely separate issue and personally I think every penny of it should be done away with since it's the foundation of the crony capitalism that we're suffering under.
