The "deeper meaning" is that Trump isn't a "muscular guy". He's a weak, overweight rich guy with a micro-penis who fantasizes about being a muscular he-man. He surrounds himself with sycophants to kiss his fat orange ass and tell him how great he is as a man, as a leader and as president.

Despite his boasting, his behavior indicates some very deep-seated insecurities where he's constantly trying to impress others with his manliness. Without his money, he'd end up becoming someone's "girlfriend" in prison.

Trump's cabinet meetings make him a joke among world leaders in politics, economics and the military.
