Any speculation on what made Trump cave and endorse Ryan and McCain?

Um...he needs some support from the GOP leadership? Not sure you should act like a drama queen and call it an epic cave. It was a calculated practical move.

Because he is a pussy or a liar. Possibly both.

Perhaps the same tactics Shitlary used to get Sanders to look like a spineless toad

He only withheld his endorsement for a while as payback for what they did to him.
Your saying he's vindictive?
As presidential nominee, he is the leader of the Party and he asserted himself as such. What do you think Ryan and McCain had to do to win the endorsement of the leader of their party?

Point out that without congress and/or the money from the RNC Trump is worthless.

Point out that Hillary was appointed by the Democratic leadership rather than being elected by the rank and file and that without spending huge amounts of money from large donors and superpacs, Hillary would just be an uninteresting footnote to this election. Trump earned the leadership of the Republican Party while Clinton did not earn the leadership of the Democrats.

Hillary has a full time staff of 900 people while Trump has a staff of only 90 and Hillary has thus far spent 10 times as much as Trump on TV advertising and plans to spent 90 times as much going forward, yet polls of likely voters show she has only a slight lead.

In short, Trump is a real person and a real candidate while Hillary is no more than an illusion created by focus groups and image consultants.
